My role as the RESEARCH & Design Lead focused on :
• Given a tight timeline, create quick wins in the form of suggestions to transform the website taxonomy to be more impactful in guiding users to key actions, helping them find what they’re looking for, and learning about products + services
• Providing ideation and concepts to modernize the visual look and feel of the website, prioritizing a creative approach that would be more appealing for users to interact with
