My role as the Design Lead focused on tHREE aspects :
• Conduct expert level research analysis to build credibility quickly with client who had previously been burned
• Deliver extremely clear visuals incorporating relevant data to make the clients decision making process easier
• Design the new product that would integrate seamlessly with their existing system to provide more value and versatility
Market Overview
The initial approach required a thorough analysis of the talent acquisition landscape, followed by presenting those findings in a way the client could get the big picture and make decisions on the right market to target for the product.
• ASSESSING THE OVERALL MARKET OF PLAYERS & CATEGORIZING THEM IN 3 DISTINCT GROUPS
• Building business profiles of each competitor to provide snapshots of what they do well
• PRESENTING INFORMATION in a manner that is consumable, clear, but shows depth of effort
