Working with a Chicago-based commercial real estate firm, my team was tasked with creating an iPad app concept that would be used by prospective buyers on a city-wide tour of large commercial real-estate sites and warehouses.

My role as the Design Lead focused on two aspects :
• Build trust with the client to establish a belief in our capabilities so they felt confident engaging in additional projects
• Lead a team of young designers who were seeking opportunities to level up in their design and project management skills
Insights + Features
Our initial approach centered around extracting insights from the client SMEs about what content this new product would require and what fundamental capabilities it needed to have. Through the initial interviews some major takeaways identified were:
• Customizable and dynamic listing info
• An automated way of creating the property route, reducing manual entry
• A joyful experience that ENCOURAGES interaction and context throughout the tour
